1. Our Services

Novas provides photography, creative direction, studio production, image editing, and related creative services. The scope, schedule, deliverables, and price of each project will be confirmed in a separate proposal, booking agreement, or invoice.

2. Bookings and Payments

A booking is confirmed only after Novas receives the required deposit or full payment. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the final project fee.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Novas may postpone delivery or withhold final files until all outstanding amounts have been paid.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Requests to cancel or reschedule a session must be submitted in writing. Additional charges may apply depending on the notice provided and any costs already incurred.

If Novas must cancel a session, we will offer a new date or refund the amount paid for services that were not provided.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, arriving on time, securing any necessary locations, permissions, releases, wardrobe, products, or participants, and ensuring that all submitted materials may legally be used.

5. Creative Direction and Delivery

The client acknowledges that photography is a creative service. Final images will reflect the visual style and professional judgment of Novas.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Unedited files and RAW images are not included unless agreed in advance.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Novas retains copyright in all photographs and creative materials it produces.

After full payment, the client receives the usage rights described in the applicable agreement. Images may not be sold, substantially altered, licensed to third parties, or used outside the agreed scope without written permission.

Novas will use client images in its portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, or promotional materials only where permitted by the applicable agreement or consent.

7. Website Content

All content on this website, including photographs, videos, graphics, logos, typography, and text, belongs to Novas or its licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Novas is not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Novas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability related to a project will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version becomes effective when published on this website.
